CutitiUU is a small catalogue shop with one habit: collecting the little things that make a day feel like an occasion. Party favours and seasonal trims, novelty accessories, glow and glitter, small gifts that cost less than a cinema ticket. We keep them in stock so you are not paying three lots of postage the week before something.

One price, printed once
No memberships, no countdown timers, no invented was/now pricing. The number on the card is the number in the basket, in GBP, with VAT included where it applies.

Packed, then tracked
Orders leave our shelf the next business day. The tracking link arrives as soon as the carrier scans the parcel — not a week later.

Descriptions that match the box
Titles, photographs, measurements and prices come from a single product feed we maintain. Change the feed and the page changes with it, so nothing drifts out of date between seasons.
Where we post
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom and Germany. Parcels are picked and packed from our own shelf in the United Kingdom, so UK orders travel domestically; German orders cross the channel with our carrier and are handled under the same tracked service. Prices are quoted in GBP for both destinations. Ordering from somewhere else? Write to hello@cutitiuu.com before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Returns without a debate
Unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery — email us first for a return authorisation. Under UK and EU distance-selling rules you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day the parcel arrives. Wholesale, schools and events
Party planners, schools, venues and small retailers: send quantities and a delivery postcode to hello@cutitiuu.com and we will come back with a volume price and a lead time.
Sizing and materials
Most of what we sell is one size and designed to be adjusted. Where a fit matters — hats, glasses, hair pieces, anything worn — the specification table on the product page carries the measurements and materials. If a measurement is missing, ask and we will measure one.
Who we are
The registered business details — legal name, registration number and registered address — are in the footer of every page and on the contact page. If you need them in writing for an invoice, a school purchase order or a customs form, email us and we will send them the same day.
One email, new finds only
We send it when a shelf gets something new or comes back into stock. Nothing else.
