Customer service

Tell us what you need

One inbox answers everything — sizing questions, order changes, returns and bulk enquiries. Write below or email directly; both reach the same people, and we reply within one business day.

Email

hello@cutitiuu.com — the fastest route, and the one we check most often.

An order or a delivery

Quote your order number and we can add tracking, change an address or start a return without you repeating the story.

Sizing and fit

Send the line name and the measurement you need. Most accessories adjust, and the product page lists what each one fits.

Bulk and party orders

Schools, venues and event planners: tell us the lines, quantities and delivery postcode and we will quote a volume price.
