What it costs, when it lands, and exactly what happens if you need to send something back. Delivery windows shown in brackets are placeholders until our carrier contract is signed.

Flat rate per order, anywhere in the United Kingdom and Germany.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are picked the next business day.

Send it back
Unused, in its original packaging, within [30 days] of delivery. Return postage is [paid by the customer unless the line is faulty or wrongly sent — to confirm].

Refund on inspection
Once the parcel arrives and has been checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within [5] business days.
Free delivery
Orders of £35.00 or more travel free to the United Kingdom and Germany. It is applied in the basket automatically — there is no code to remember.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to cancel the order for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back. Tell us in writing — an email to hello@cutitiuu.com is enough — and we refund the order value, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of the cancellation. You cover the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or were sent in error.
Tracking an order
Your confirmation email carries the tracking link, and you can check the status at any time on the order tracking page. If the email has not arrived, look in spam first, then write to hello@cutitiuu.com with the order number and we will resend it.
Damaged or wrong line
Photograph the line and the packaging within [5 days] of delivery and send it to us. We replace or refund it — your choice — and we cover the return postage.
Payments and security
Checkout accepts the cards and wallets listed in the footer and runs over an encrypted connection. We never receive or store card details. All prices are shown in GBP and prices include VAT where applicable..
