Terms of Use
These terms apply to every order placed on this site. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who you are buying from
This site is operated by [Registered company name], [Registered business address], United Kingdom, registration number [VAT Registration Number]. "We" and "us" mean that business; "you" means the person placing the order. Anything you need in writing — including these terms, invoices and customs paperwork — ask for at hello@cutitiuu.com.
Placing an order
Adding a line to the basket is not a contract. Your order becomes a contract when we accept it and you receive the confirmation email. If a line turns out to be unavailable or mispriced we will tell you before taking payment and offer a full refund of anything already paid.
Prices, VAT and currency
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Prices include VAT where applicable. The price applied to your order is the one shown on the payment page — if a price changes between adding a line and paying for it, the payment page is the authority. Delivery charges are added in the basket before you pay, and are free once the basket passes £35.
Delivery
We deliver to GB and DE. Orders are picked on the next business day; delivery windows are set out on the Delivery & returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. If a parcel goes missing in transit we will raise it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (an email to hello@cutitiuu.com is enough) and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the order value and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of the cancellation. You pay the return postage unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error. This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened where hygiene or health makes them unsuitable for return, or to made-to-measure items.
Returns and refunds beyond the cooling-off period
Separately from the statutory right above, we accept unused goods in their original packaging back for 30 days from delivery. Email us first for a return authorisation. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the goods have been checked.
Faulty or wrongly sent goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, tell us within a reasonable time — for a UK consumer, within six years — and we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage. In the first 30 days you may reject the goods and ask for a full refund.
Age-restricted lines
Some novelty lines are not suitable for small children and carry a warning on the product page. By ordering, you confirm you are old enough to enter into a contract and that anything we send will be used as intended.
Our liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses such as lost profit, or for anything caused by a customer using a line other than as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
Using this site
The text, photographs, descriptions, layout and code on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for a competing shop. Automated scraping, bulk ordering to disrupt stock, and attempts to interfere with the checkout are not permitted.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data, and the browser storage this site uses, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Complaints and which law applies
Write to hello@cutitiuu.com first — most things are settled in a day. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the UK may use the relevant ADR scheme, and consumers in the EU may use their national consumer body. These terms are governed by the law of United Kingdom, and the courts of United Kingdom have jurisdiction; if you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you can also bring proceedings in your own country.
